Tappets are made from Precision Investment Wax Casting, Chilled Casting, Forging of En-9 and SAE 8620 material on special purpose machines imported from Schufflers GMBH (GERMANY) which gives us the best result in terms of reliability and dimensional tolerance. We are giving the crowning on the wear face of the tappet for 10 microns
with the use of this imported machinery. The hardness given to all the tappets are above 58-60 so as to prevent the wear face wear out.
We provide 100% accuracy for racing purpose. We are making tappets for Racing applications having EDM Holes of 0.32 specially for the oil circulations. Moreover we are giving the hardness of 65 HRC on the wear face of the Lifters to give extra durability.
