We prepare frozen cocktail kababs which is widely demanded by our customers. The main ingredients of frozen cocktail kababs are corn flour, potatoes, peas, color permitted, edible veg oil, salt and spices. These are frozen by I. Q. F. Sweden technology. Our Kababs are best before 12 months from the date of packing if stored below 18 C'.

* Packing : 2.5kg x 5=1carton; 1kg x 12=1carton; 200gm x 60=1carton
Good taste can be achieved by following these steps :
* Take a deep pan and heat oil in it.
* Fry Hara Bhara Kebab with Golden Shade.
* Cook for 4-5 mins.
* Serve with tomato sauce.
* Once thawed, do not Re-freeze.
