BED : The design of BED of NAGI Planning Machine is well balanced and rigid specially having double wall in gear portion. Its casting is seasoned and having hardness 200 BHN +/- 10% confirming to IS Grade 20.

TABLE : The table is heavy duty with box section properly ribbed having one guide flat and other of "V" section with ground finish in order to achieve smooth running of machine. Five "T" slots are provided for clamping the job.

COLUMNS : The columns of NAGI Planners are well designed and rigid in construction and its guides are heavy duty.

CROSS-RAILS : The cross-rail is well designed by providing double wall at the back side and more surface area of guide which enables our planners to take heavy duty cuts and it is suitable for hand and automatic movements.

SHAFTS & GEARS : All the shafts and most of the gears of NAGI Planners are made of EN9 steel in order to minimise the wear and tear of parts. Moreover the shafts are supported on gun - metal bushes and bearings as per requirement.

STANDARDISED PARTS : All the parts of the Planner are standardised with the help of drawings and can be replaced, whenever required.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT : Electricmotor, Tool holder, Three speed gear box, Electric motor for lifting. Side Tool holder, Grinding - Attachment etc.
