We offer a range of oleic fatty acid that are found in animal and vegetable oils and are also known as monounsaturated fatty acid as it contains single double bond between the carbons. They are pale yellow, brownish yellow and oily liquid generally insoluble in water. Some molecules are attached to water that makes it hydrophilic and are used for cooking and allied purposes.
