For building-cooling a blower should be energy efficient, high volumetric and optimum pressure. Optimum pressure means a pressure to overcome pressure drops in filter, air washer and GI duct room pressure should be 3 to 5 mm WG.
Due to same reason we prefer low RPM, large dia of impeller and more no. of blades with large area.
For any requirements according to customer's need.
* High Pressure Blowers upto 3000 mm of WC.
* High temperature up to 8000 C operation, generally used for Annealing furnace.
* Building cooling Blowers at optimum pressure & high volume of cooling air.
Benefit : Leakages from door openings, cable entries etc., are compensated very fast and energy consumption is low due to low r.p.m. & optimum pressure.
Casing : Fabricated from good quality HR/CR sheet (thick gauge) double inlet-descaled, degreased, Epoxy primer coated & Epoxy paint to protect from moisture.
Impeller : Double width (Blades on both the side of the centre plate) Backward curve limit load characteristics. Degreased, descaled Epoxy primer coated, Epoxy paint, statically and dynamically balanced.
Shaft : EN8 overall machined & grinding.
Bearings : Heavy duty self aligning 223…. K series FAG or SKF bearing with adopter sleeves and heavy duty cast iron plumber blocks.
Drive : V-belt Drive All pulleys statically & dynamically balanced. For large blowers Flat belts & Flat pulleys are provided for energy saving.
