Our farmers cultivate two kinds of chillies- Yellow & Red. These are shade dried in the fresh Himalayan air & then diligently cleaned before processing into flakes or powders.
The region also produces very fine garlic, ginger, turmeric, mustard, fenugreek & coriander. All these spices are available as Certified Organic.
