We manufacture steering shafts on specialized high precision machines-MATRIX Internal and External thread grinder capable of achieving micron tolerances. Our steering shafts worm and nutare are made of 20 Mn Cr5 and 8620 respectively. Both are subjected to machining by high precision machine and are then hardened by carburizing procedure.
