The structure of this Vertical Cream Injecting Machine is completely made in stainless steel AISI 304 mounted on feet and composed by:
a c Tray transport on chains with step advancement.
a c Loading hopper made of stainless steel AISI 304 jacketed for the product heating and additional heating for the injection head.
a c Injection head made of stainless steel with valve made of plastic material;
a c Injection pistons with mechanic adjustment of the step (equipped with special seals in accordance to the FDA rules);
a c Needles-holder plate, easily interchangeable and with washing collector
a c The injection head is vertically moved by an eccentric and a motor reducer controlled by a frequency converter.
The working logic is controlled by a PLC with operator panel interface.
