2. JRD Mixing Mills are fitted with 3-stage helical reduction gear box from a Radicona . Its connects drive motor to the rear roll coupled with anti friction roller bearings instead of bush bearings result in a substantial reduction in power consumption.
3. Uniform thickness of rubber sheets threw nip adjustment based on worm gear.
4. Operator safety through standard feature of roll reversing.
5. Another standard safety feature on our machine is Hydraulic Thruster Brakes which ensure complete stoppage of rolls when emergency push button is engaged.
6. No water leakage during roll cooling. Rotary joints used are with mechanical sealing system.
