It is highly efficient and is durable to sustain even in harsh surroundings. Its structure comprises of a fully sealed high efficiency cyclonic type mechanical moisture separator cum filter. Working Principle

* Moisture laden compressed air enters in to the moisture separator moves in cyclonic motion around the inner pipe.
* The direction of the compressed air is guided by the baffle plates ( fixed at angles).
* This compressed air impinges on the mild steel baffle, this separates the moisture from the compressed air.
* The moisture free compressed air enters through the bottom of the inner pipe and passes through 100 micron stainless steel mesh (fixed inside the inner pipe).
* Finally the compressed air which comes out is free from physical moisture ( up to 85% ) and also free from solid particles (up to 100 micron)
