This is driven by gear motor and speed is controlled by A.C. Drive. During the travel of vials from Conveyor to Pressing Device, the object sensor senses the vial and at the same Label Dispenser releases the label. One Gap sensor is provided on the Label dispenser. The function of the Gap Sensor to give command to Servo motor to stop the motor. When the vial passes from the pressing device, it is rotated and wrapping the label. On the opposite side of pressing device, one massage belt is given to stick the label properly on the vial.
