Protocontrol make RF admittance type Coal Bunkers Level Switches is used for sensing the level of solids and liquids like cement, lime, iron ore, food stuff, milk powder, flour, salt, plastic granules, salt and most of the clear and viscous liquids.
The sensing probe is designed using special shield having coat guard circuit and hence nullifies effect of deposition on the probe. The sensor can well be used for sensing level of sticky material. The sensor probe can be rod type for side mounting, rope type for top mounting or disc type for bottom of the chute mounting.

Control Circuit can be integral with sensor probe or it can be mounted remotely if temperature at the product is higher that 100 degree cent.

This level switch is suitable for highly dusty environment. It is also simple to install and easy to maintain.

When the electronic circuit is integral with probe, control circuit is housed in cast Al, IP 65 enclosure fitted on the sensor itself. The control circuit can also be mounted at remote if the process temp is more than 100 degree cent. Control supply can be 230 V AC; 50 Hz (standard) .Other voltages like 110 V AC, 24 V DC are available on request.
Ambient temp can be up to 0 to +60 deg for standard models, special models for fly ash where temp is more are having PTFE and ceramic coating.
