The design of WSSR Series Rotary Piston Vacuum Pump is as like Figure1-1(a), there are composed of the rotor made as eccentric shape, the slide pin, the exhaust valve and the front, back cover.
When the rotor rolls, the air is inhaled into the cylinder through the Inlet port. And this process continues until Figure1-1(b)-④ and the air is started compressing as passing the state of Figure1-1-(b)-④,⑤ After compressing completely (about over 850 Torr ), the compressed air is extruded through the exhaustion valve.
