These High Speed Mechanical Corrugator makes stainless steel annular corrugated hises from stainless steel strips wound in coil form. The hoses are continuous and lengths upto 25-50m can be made. The machine consists one decoiler to unwind the ss coil, one forming and welding station, one caterpillar or puller to pull and feed the tube and a mechanical corrugator to make the corrugations and produce hose.
The machine makes about 60-80meters of hose per hour and about 1000meter in 2 shifts of a day.
