Produces low density packaging sheet with 20 Kg/cu.m density using isobutane as blowing agent. The Extruder produces Blown sheet which is sized using a cylindrical mandrel, externally cooled through air ring, slit to get a single layer sheet of 1.5 metre width and thickness 1-8mm. The slit sheet is guided into a winder for winding sheet as rolls.
