TOPIC : Dishonouring a contract - what's the best option?
IN THE RECENT PAST I'VE SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH A CHINESE IMPORT EXPORT CO., SO FAR THEY'VE NOT HONOURED THE CONTRACT, HOW TO GO ABOUT IT. I NEED THE BEST POSSIBLE /POSITIVE SOLUTION.
