TOPIC : Export proceeds not revived

We were dealing with one client for the last 9 years.

The exports were going fine.The trust was very well established that we started working without L/C. Besides, the relationship with my clients family became very close.

But due to some deep financial crisis, I'm yet to receive a payment of 50,000 euros from him. It's been 10 months now and since excise department is involved, they are pressurizing me submit bank clearance certificate, or they won't clear my bank guarantee.

Can anybody please guide me how to recover my money?
