TOPIC : How to get licence for starting a factory?

Dear all,

we are planning to start a wooden flush door factory as per IS 2202(part 1)

Please let me know the process to get the licence for the same. What all permissions are required for that? Which all govt clearance certificates are required? Which govt office can give us such licence in Mumbai and also from where we can get the raw material for same?
