first you should know where is your market,and know what group people are your potential clients, and then take your action to fulfill it.

I read Janes's answer ....but is like the doctor telling the patient ..first your should know the illness, then the medicine and the dosage and accordingly you should take the medicine...
You should have given the information from where the questioner can get the buyer details, how to promote etc..
