TOPIC : Opening of Company in India, Malaysia & Singapore
I want to start trading business in India with Branches in Malaysia & Singapore. What is the minimum requirement in India and other countries mentioned and what would be my initial capital requirement/ investment to comply all formalities and be a full-fledged businessman?
