I am planning to start an export business with the hand bags so could you please let me know what shall be the tax if i sell them abroad?

Exports transactions are exempted from Sales tax, cess, excise duties and levies. The profit on export is taxable with your income.

Export of any product from India are freely movable without any taxes.
in export of any product from india:
Excise duty, sales tax, service tax are not applicable.
