TOPIC : Import Duties

Hello we have started a new office in Mumbai for Imports and Exports. We even have some clients interested in buying from us to import into India and vice versa.

I need help in understanding how it works in India for 5 years. I was in Gulf where there is nothing called Tax and had a flat 5% custom duty. Is there any book which can help me with guidance of imports n exports or is there some agents who can do this for me.
