We have to import some old Machinery from Europe. Can somebody tell me what are the necessary documents required at Indian Port for custom clearance. Is it possible that we take an EPCG Licence for these old machinery and adjust the exports (on which we are already availing the benefit of Advance Licence Scheme for importing the inputs). I mean to say that is it possible to take the benefit of both the scheme jointly.
