TOPIC : About High Sea Sale

Dear Sir,

One of my client had imported some goods on one b/l and due to some reason he did 1 x 20" high sea sale to various parties. Is it mandatory to do one high sea sale on one b/l to one party. Pls give us some case history with the policy reference of Indian custom to do so. Are there any provision. Pls specify
