We required to know about export quotation format
e.g : If we got an enquiry of any our product and they required quotation of it then how to make it quotation and there terms and other details

The quotation includes size(gradeļ¼ļ¼packing,exchange rate,delivering rate, price'valid date,Fob(cnf or cif),etc.

THE EXPORT QUOTATION FORMAT CONTAINS EXPORTER DETAILS, IMPORTER DETAILS, TERMS OF PAYMENT, MODE OF PAYMENT, DELIVERY TERMS, ITEM DESCRIPTION WITH QUANTITY , PRICE, BANK DETAILS ETC.

Export quotation varies from Product to Product and a Exporter has to make it in his own format. For Engg Goods-Depending upon the product, services offered after supplies, like : warranty, installation, commissioning, MOC, Testing/inspection offered, etc., along with other commercial inco-terms.

Ritesh ji, I can see you are Engineering Industry, you can divide your quotation in two parts, One is Technical and other once is commercial.
You can include all the product detailed description in Technical part whereas, Prices, payment terms, delivery, taxes, validity etc.an be included in Commercial part.
