TOPIC : New to exports

I am weighbridge manufacturer (truck scale. my major concern market is Middle East and African countries. how should i approach them ?

Please guide me, I am new to exports.

Firstly you understand the export procedure & payment method in international transaction.

For this you search on Google. You will get information easily.

Then for export of stone you have to take IEC code & for this you need to fill "Aayat-Niryat form" which is available in DGFT.

You also register your company in ECGE, excise department for this.

For remittance of money you require swift code which is allotted by your banker so contact with banker for this.

for getting export benefits you require rcmc (registration cum membership certificate) which you take from FIEO.

For getting inquiries from overseas buyer you register your company in many B2B websites in free. You also post product & trade leads with the full specification of product along with image.

i am a new export too. My key markets are Middle East and African countries, and i do like to do business with India too. But it seems very hard for me to do business with Indian companies.
