TOPIC : How to enhance our exports?

Being a exporter of natural stones from last 3 to 5 years, I am still wondering how to enhance our business. From the day first i was depending on internet for my business although i got good result, but i still want to explore something more out of it. Now we are DNB certified. Exporting not only slabs but also vanity tops, counter tops, etc. made of granite, marble, sandstone etc.

But i still want some more techniques to grab new buyers.

I believe that company should enhance Business Processes and Services. Also the old customers should be always be given priority.

Have you checked whether your products are in the duty free list of ISFTA. If that the case you will have the option to export those products duty free basis. Also check the the status of the SAFTA as well.

You attend international stona fair in singapore and U.S.A and also contact Indian consulate office and appoint import agent foreign country.

You post your tradeleads & products in b2b websites. You also use the email marketing service.

you search the buyer in different b2b websites & send your introduction.

if they take interest in your product they send enquiry.
