TOPIC : Sample order - info on customs rules required

I ordered 4 pcs horse riding breeches (sample) from Kanpur. I paid full for the sample including freight charges.

The manufacturer only sent 1 pc and the remaining 3 pcs, he said the custom wouldn't allow him to sent so many pcs. I am puzzled.

Is there such a custom rule that restrict nos of items being export from India. As I am overseas buyer the manufacturer did not inform me earlier of such complications.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ADHESIVE CALLED CYANOACRYLATE IS BEING MANUFACTURED IN YOUR MALAYSIA. IT IS ALSO KNOWN BY NAME SUPER GLUE.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR ADVICE. I ALREADY WROTE TO ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK. SO FAR, NO REPLY YET. I GUESS THIS GUY IS OUT TO CHEAT BUYERS. I THINK I SHOULD PUBLISH HIS COMPANY'S NAME IF HE DOESN'T PAY BACK MY MONEY.
