In face of the international economic crisis many companies evaluated their decision on exhibiting at the fair very carefully.
Two accompanying high profile conferences which took place simultaneously with electronica India and productronica India 2009 attracted participation from senior management. This demonstrates the growing importance of the trade fair and conferences also for CEO level. The panel discussion on the opening day from EMS/ OEM/s and ODM/s – with speakers from NOKIA, Moser Baer, SGS Tekniks, Reliance Infocom, Elcoteq, among others, ensured a very interesting exchange of information.

Tradeindia was the online media partner for Electronica and Productronica 2009. The leading B2B e-marketplace's purpose of exhibiting at the fair was successfully met. Almost all the visitors thronged at the Tradeindia booth on all the days of the show to collect information about the portal's products and services. A number of Tradeindia CD Roms were distributed among the prospective buyers, i.e. the visitors, who were keen to know about Indian suppliers for their sourcing needs on the user industry. They reciprocated with heartfelt gratitude for being benefited via the CD Roms. Hundreds of the spacious Tradeindia yellow promotional bags were seen carried by the visitors on all the days of the show across the venue.
