Product Description : We have developed two models of blowers that cover capacities from 3000 m3/hr to 20000 m3/hr. The developmental activity for next three models are undertaken and expected to be ready in short time. The machines are air cooled. The components are manufactured on extremely precise machineries, which makes them suited for high speed operations. Customer specific designs and applications can be executed with changes in orientation, MOC, etc.

Linear Alkyle Benzene LAB and Sulphuric acid are feed into the Reactor through a Batch Tank, digested, diluted, and separated in the same vessel. There is no gaseous, liquid or solid affluent in this process.

Linear Alkyle Benzene (LAB) & Sulphuric acid are feed in proportion & controlled manner through a recycle venture by a reaction loop pump into battery of digestion tubes. Reaction is axothermic & temperature is controlled by cold water circulation through heat exchangers. Reacted mass is further digested & continuously diluted in dilutor & separated by continuous gravity separation. Size: 500kgs/hr to 4000kgs/hr. There is no gaseous, liquid or solid affluent in this process.
