Inter Connecting Busbars & Flexible Water Cooled Cables The Lawa Inter connecting busbars between capacitors and coil carry large reactive currents. Adequately rated EC copper busbars with tinning at the contact point are used to keep the losses minimum. Flexible cables are used to feed power to the furnace coil. The cables carry the same current as that of the busbars and are also water cooled. Rubber hoses of the flexible cables are carbon free and are provided with braiding for preventing puncture due to accidental metal splashes.

This generating system essentially comprises of a fully automatic reverse flame package type steam generator, which includes membrane type helical coil integral combustion chamber accommodated in S.S. and insulated shell. The hot fuel outlet is connected to smoke tube preheated to preheat feed water. The feed water pump, blower, fan, fuel pump are mounted on common base frame. This boiler is highly efficient and can be easily installed and dismantled.
