Most of the engineering units in north were dependent for Steel Slitting facilities located in far off places and as such we were encouraged by some of these companies to set up the Steel processing facility locally and with their support we entered into this business. In Steel Slitting we have achieved the explicit distinction of Slitting the material with minimum scrap wastage of .5 mm on each side and within tolerance of +/- .05 mm.

We stamp components in presses with capacity from 20 ton to 250 ton. Displayed products are manufactured using latest machines and innovative techniques.

Recent innovations in the pump industry have largely replaced/substituted cast ferrous/non ferrous with the sheet metal parts. As a participant to these innovative techniques we have developed SS 304 components as per drawings of our customers. These are stamped and deep drawn components requiring highest level of precision and accuracy. We have experience and capacities in manufacturing Bowls, Diffuser Casings, Protection Covers, NRVs, Washers etc. suitable for V4 and V6 Type pump sets.

We supply Light Duty Exhaust Fan Stamping and accessories with aluminium shells, aluminium end covers and aluminium hubs. Our Heavy Duty Exhaust Fans are designed using sophisticated technology to give our clients maximum performance even in the most challenging conditions. The smooth running of the fan is guaranteed by the precise electro-dynamic balancing of the fan impellers and bearing vibration monitoring. These fans are supplied to the Iron and Steel Industry, Cement Plants, Power Stations, Mines, Chemical Industry, Warehouses, Cooling Towers and to a wide variety of Industrial Engineering Applications.

In our quest to reach out to the customers' specific and individualistic requirements, the range now also includes Built-up stacks in the form of Rivetted, Cleated, Welded and wound stator stacks and also aluminium die cast rotors. From FHP Motors to large motors, the size range spans upto 700mm Ø and will shortly extend to extra large motor stampings of upto 1000mm Ø. In contrast to this, the unit also makes laminations for the small Transformers, Meters and Chokes. The facility also turns over a host of sheet metal parts and components for a variety of applications

LAMINATION IN VARIOUS SHAPES & SIZES ARE SLIT AND CUT TO REQUIRED ACCURATE GEOMETRICAL SHAPES WITH 90 DEG. & 45 DEG. CUTTING SYSTEMS. THE MANUFACTURING OF TRANSFORMER LAMINATION INVOLVES A HIGH DEGREE OF PRECISION ENGINEERING.
