Gauge Roll Units: This machine is a part of the biscuit cutting plant. Gauge rolls are used to reduce the thickness of a continuous dough sheet, prior to the cutting operation. This machine is normally used in conjunction with one or two more similar units. The number of gauge roll units required in a plant will be determined by the size of the plant and the recipe of the product to be produced. This machine can process variety of dough sheets, from soft dough, hard dough or dough with little fat contents.

Horizontal Cut Sheet Laminators: Principally, the same as above, this Cut & Lay laminator is used to produce continuous homogeneous laminate stack of dough “cut sheets� and feed it to the biscuit cutting plant for further processing. The orientation of this machine is Horizontal. Space requirement for the installation is comparatively larger, but it is easy to access as the height is nominal.

Horizontal Dough Laminators: Horizontal dough laminator is used to produce continuous folded homogeneous laminate stack of dough sheets and feed it to the biscuit cutting plant.

Oil Spray Machines: The oil spray machine is used to spray fine mist of edible oil on the top and bottom of hot biscuits coming out of oven before being transferred to cooling conveyor.

Precision Engraved Biscuit Moulds & Dies: To be installed in rotary modulers and rotary cutting machines for moluding or cutting biscuit shapes of desired designs and dimensions.

Rotary Cutters: The rotary cutter embosses and cuts shapes of biscuits on a continuous dough sheet being fed to this unit from the relaxing web. We offer both - single roll as well as twin roll rotary cutting units.

Rotary Cutting and Scrap Lifting Web: The rotary cutting scrap web is positioned after the rotary cutting machine. It receives the cut dough sheet, coming from the rotary cutter and separates the product which is to be conveyed into the swivel spanner web. Meanwhile the scrap lattice is delivered to the cross conveyor, which further delivers it to the scrap return system for re-processing.

Biscuit Rotary Moulder The rotary moulder produces biscuits shapes of short dough.

Biscuit Stacker: The stacking machine collects random biscuits from the conveyor, from them into rows and stocks them on edge for easier handing.

Swivelling Panner Web: The swivel panner web is designed to provide the final transfer of the biscuit cut dough pieces accurately onto the baking oven band. It's swivelling action allows the dough pieces to be positioned centrally on the band.

Three Roll Sheeters: Three Roll Sheeter is the first unit in the Cutting Plant. This machine is used to produce an endless homogeneous dough sheet of the desired thickness that is fed to the Cutting Plant for further processing. There are two stages of reduction that are carried out by a set of three rollers installed in this unit.

Vertical Cut Sheet Laminators: This Cut and Lay laminator is used to produce continuous homogeneous laminate stack of dough cut sheets and feed it to the biscuit cutting plant for further processing. The orientation of this machine is Vertical. The height of the machine is comparatively higher, but, needs less floor-space for installation.

The packing table provides a reservoir of biscuits when manually transferring cooled goods to creaming machines, wrapping machines, tins or trays.
