AAAC conductor All Aluminium Alloy Conductor These aluminum alloy conductor is manufactured consisting of one or more of high strength aluminium-magnesium-silicon alloy wires. Widely used in primary and secondary distribution line, it offers very high strength in comparison to AAC conductor. Our range offers excellent electrical characteristic to ACSR conductor and are manufactured as per BS-3242 / ASTM B-398 / 399 and IEC standard.

ACAR conductor Aluminium Conductor Alloy Reinforced We offer aluminium conductor alloy reinforced, which is manufactured consisting of one or more aluminium wire and aluminium alloy wire as reinforcement to provide extra strength to the conductor. These are used in primary and secondary distribution lines and have excellent ampacity and strength, which are considered of prime importance in line design. It offers equal weight and higher strength and ampacity then ACSR. This conductor is manufactured as per ASTM B-230, B-398 and B-524.

Stranded Aluminium Conductor We offer all aluminium conductor, which is manufactured consisting of one or more strands of E.C. grade aluminium. These wires are 99.7% pure and is used in transmission line in rural, distribution urban area where short spans but high conductivity is required. These have excellent corrosion resistance properties and are manufactured as per BS-215 (Part-I) / ASTM B-230/231, DIN-48201. IEC standard.

Insulated Aluminium Conductor It is widely used for overhead secondary distribution lines and is coated with weather proofing polyethylene or XLPE. It is not treated as electrical insulated conductor, but as bare conductor when installed. It mainly provides weather proofing of the conductors and is offered at industry leading prices to our clients.
