The life of Shri Shrikishan Gupta is an example of a rare king of entrepreneur who though could not get much formal education but has been able to establish his enterprise by dedication and hard work. Shri Shrikishan Gupta began his career as a stateâÂÂA ÂÂA s sale representative of a small unit of Faridabad and continued this job for 27 long years from 1945-1972. He started his own unit as manufacturer of "MEHANDI" powder in 1973 with 7 persons. Today he is providing employment to over 18 persons. The turnover of SOJAT HENNA INDUSTRIES is steadily during the past three years. His future plan is to push the yearly sales by intensive marketing efforts and offering the products to the customers if attractive pack. He thinks that collage education is not necessary for success and business industry. He also considers that by rapid industrialization of the country, the problem of poverty as well as unemployment can be resolved to a considerable extent. Shri Gupta though believes in the luck factor but give equal emphasis on hard work, honesty and in the fixity of purpose. In his opinion our country has progressed well during the past 50 years but lot more will have to be done. He suggests that power being a vital utility item for industry, its tariff need to be suitably revised. Shrikishan Gupta is closely associated with a number of industry and trade related organizations like Mehandi Vypan Sangh, Faridabad Mehandi &Trade Association etc
