Cork Rods and Disks We manufacture cork rods and discs that are available as per international length (915mm) and diameter (26.7 mm) for crown corks. Cork rods can also be used to make agglomerated cork stoppers.

Cork sheets are one of the most widely used agglomerated cork product. The standard size of a cork sheet is 3 x 2 and thickness ranges from 0.8 mm to 10 mm and slabs up to 125mm. At Bharat Corrub Industries, we also produce cork sheet in roll forms from 0.8 mm to 6 mm thickness and width of 610 mm or 915 mm and even 1 meter. Cork sheers are available in different grades, textures, bondings, densities and even colour.

We have sophisticated machine to manufacture granulated cork, which ensures that the mesh size and density is maintained. Granulated cork finds its application in not only manufacture of agglomerated cork and rubber cork but it may also be used as insulation material in construction industry. Granulated cork is used in layers of concrete wall thus providing thermal insulation for the building. It also finds use in building materials like bricks. These agglomerated sheets of cork are used directly for very heavy machinery foundations such as large size generators, huge power presses and machines, which involve high impact load or vibration.
