This model of CFBC - Boiler was fabricated for ALSTOM - Germany and was inaugurated by CM of Gujarat in 1999 at Kutch. This product model is used generally as display and for training purposes. This CFBC boiler model designed by Dagson Art for ALSTOM group of Germany and installed at Alstom-India for MMTC - Ahmedabad. We have completed this model on priority basis within 2 weeks time for above inauguration ceremony. It was one of the prestigious job and we have completed the same on the basis of DEEM export. FERTILIZER LAYOUT PLANT MODEL OF PARADEEP PHOSPHATES LTD The fertilizer plant layout model was fabricated for PPL-Bhubaneshwar to a scale of 1 : 600 sizing to 12ft x 8 ft approx. The overall layout covers various ancillary units and the bottom panels depict the salient features of plant, production charts and logo of PPL. The model is totally covered with glass with framing all around. The lighting shown with false ceiling for easy visibility. Layout chart is displayed on the back wall of the model. This model is displayed for VIP visits at PPL exhibition room.

HEAT EXCHANGER MODEL FOR TRAINING The typical model of Heat Exchanger model is made with transparent acrylic tube shell with internal details such as baffle plates and tubes. Outlet and inlet nozzles are shown with nut and bolts fittings true to scale. The whole model is mounted on wooden base board with suitable saddle support for final display. This model is mainly used for training purpose at various levels. This also depicts the concept of new design development by clients. Model is fabricated to scale of 1 : 10 scale sizing to 3ft long approx.
