U Joints We are a trusted name in manufacturing U Joints which are available in different sizes as per international specifications or buyer drawings. The commonly used material for U Joint are 8620, 16mncr5, 20mncr5 etc. High quality steel is used for forgings of cross bodies and cross cups. Best quality needle rollers are used with required degree of hardness that is 60 to 62 HRC. The major processes done are in-house which include turning, heat treatment, grinding and assembly. Majorly, we use Moly Grease which has a high degree of wear resistance.

Wheel Hubs Our wheel hubs are made for different vehicle application mostly in material CK-45 or SAE 4140.Due to the fact that all infrastructures is in house, We supply finished wheel hubs after broaching & Drilling. The final turing of wheel hubs is done on spline mandal so that the run out obtained is within 0.1mm and hubs made run perfectly on shafts.

Gear Blanks Our gear blanks are supplied in forged and in turned condition. These blanks are turned on CNC turning centers and the customer can directly put the blanks on gear shaper or hobbing machines. We even do drilling of Complex gears which required no. of drills. Whenever a new drawing or sample is received Proto type samples are send to the client with PPAP documents and commercial production is started after receiving approval from client.

Clevis Hook Our company offers a wide variety of material handling forgings which include hooks for cranes stods for chains and chain links. For these, commonly used materials are CK-45, 4140 and 20mncr5. We provide perfect end to end solution i.e parts are supplied with machining, drilling, surface protection & heat treatment. Various certificates are provided like tensile strength, hardness certificate etc.

Forgings For Tie Rod Ends & Ball Joints We offer a large range of ready to fit tie rod ends, ball joints, idler arms, pitman arms specially for American & European application. As we already supply to OEMÂ’S, we use the same raw material as prescribed by them for socket and ball pins. Apart from this, heat treatment plays a major part in the life cycle of suspension parts and as we have in house heat treatment all quality controls are strictly adhered to.
