Eggs are collected from each tier through 10cm wide jute/nylon /mix belts & conveyed on the head of the each battery to centralize belt. It takes the eggs on to a table or directly to grading or packing M/c.
A tensioning device regulates the belt tension. The belt is suitable for 4500/egg/hr. whereas centralized belt has capacity of 2000 /egg/hr.
The belt is cleaned through a suitable brush set on the idling unit.
