Ratchet Spring Balancer with ratchet mechanism are used to stop the wire under no-load condition also to attach or detach the tool easily. The ratchet wheel is fixed to the tapered drum and spring case. When the ratchet works by operating lever clutch the wire is at a standstill and when the ratchet is released the wire moves up and down.
