Blender
Blender Ribbon Blenders consist of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially designed and fabricated Double Helical Ribbon Shaft rotating within. A ribbon agitator consists of a set of inner and outer helical ribbons. The outer ribbons move the material from the ends to the center while the inner ribbons move the material from the center to ends. This counter-current action causes good blending. The ribbons rotate at approximately 100 meters per minute and move the materials both radially and laterally to insure thorough blends in short cycle times.
