Pressure Regulator Pressure Regulator is provided on the machine with pressure gauge. It controls the flow of L.P.G. gas in to the machine and maintain a specific pressure required during operation. We can easily asses the pressure with the help of pressure gauge provided on the top of pressure regulator.

Electric Control Panel Machine's electrical control panel is designed and developed by a team of qualified electrical engineers, keeping a view of standardization. We have considered electric symbol of international standard during design of panel. Panel is made of standard and branded components, purchased from well known and well establish companies like L&T, Havells, RS components.

Regulator Panel This panel is used to control the gas flow in the machine. In this regulator panel, knob are provided to control the gas flow into the machine time to time. It also provides quick control of excess heat to maintain the chapatis to be baked uniformly. The position of regulator is designed in such a manner so that operator can lit the required burner without any hazard.

Pressing Unit This is assembly of various components. The main function of this assembly is to press the dough and form a flat round shape with controlled thickness known as chapati. This unit is heated by special designed plate heater which is inserted into a cavity made with in pressing unit. We keep the temperature of this unit up to some certain level which is controlled automatically. The surface of pressing unit is coated with special treatment, which does not allow dough to stick on that unit. We can adjust the thickness of chapati.

Teflon Coated Rotating Plate In this part of machine, Dough is pressed by pressing unit and it rotates to the next position. It is made of aluminum casting and it is Teflon coated. Teflon coating is food grade.
