MS Billets Induction Furnace: To form liquit metal from sponge Iron, the company has 4 different sizes of furnaces 2 Nos X12 Tons capacity and 2 Nos X 6 Tons capacity. Continuous casting machine: The company has two stand modern continuous casting machine to produce high quality. Mild steel billets from liquid metal. The company produce different size and specification of M.S billets as required. At present the average production is around 1,25,000 TPA. Under second phase the company has massive expansion for putting another 4 Nos X15 Tons capacity induction furnaces

Mining An integrated steel manufacturing business is not complete unless and until a producer has his own captive mines for its raw materials such as Iron, Manganese and Coal Mines which it self are the strength of the company for procuring raw materials.

Sponge Iron (DRI Plant) The company has two coal based rotary kiln, 1 x 200TPD and 1 x 500TPD to produce around 255000 TPA high grade sponge iron under direct reduced iron technology.
