Shuttering Ply Venom shuttering ply is a densified, strong and durable product. It is strong enough to withstand the load of concrete and vibration created while pouring the concrete. It is made from veneers of selected hardwood to give the product high strength and stiffness to withstand abrasion. The selected veneers are then bonded with high quality phenol formaldehyde resin under controlled temperature and pressure to obtain a BWP bond which is highly resistant to cold and boiling water and rapid changes in weather conditions. Shuttering Ply:- Shuttering Plywood is manufactured in conformity with the highest quality standards. It is made using plantation wood veneers (which are as good as hardwood veneers). These veneers are machine dried & bonded with high quality phenol formaldehyde BWP (100% Water Proof) resin, under controlled temperature & pressure. Further a high phenol resin content paper is used as a film and pasted on the plywood, enabling a minimum of 15 repeated usages.
