Static Mixers Fenix TM offers a range of Static Mixers for liquid-liquid mixing wherever it is difficult by conventional operation. The fluid components to be mixed are pumped at the inlet of the mixing unit containing static mixing elements. Due to special construction of the mixing elements, the fluids are directed radially outwards and inwards while the forward flow continues. TEG Contactors
TEG Contactors Fenix TM has the requisite design strength to model and design TEG contactor columns i.e. Triethylene Glycol dehydration systems (for hydrocarbon processing) with stringent process guarantees. Saturated gas is fed to the first column where lean Triethylene Glykol removes moisture to bring it to 10 ppm level using packed bed counter-current operation. Motorised Shear Mixer Fenix FX SHEARMIX range of mixers are based on the concept of mixing head for intense shear of ingredients. This mixer has a separate chamber at the bottom through which the mixing ingredients are drawn in.
