Wheat straw seat were made with handwoven from natural Wheat straw and sea grass materials onto a wooden frame, Wheat straw has a natural golden sheen. Stalks of wheat straw are first dyed to enhance the effect or to give the straw a rich antique colour. The dyed stalks are then split open, hand wrapped around sea grass ropes, and then woven on the wooden frame. The wheat straw chair seats are available in golden and antique finishes.
