Standardization, Testing and Quality Certification (STQC): It is a Govt organisation under the Ministry of telecommunication and have their own safety mark "S". They are preferred for only those items which are not mandatory in India.They can issue certificates for both Safety & EMC.They can iussue the certificates based on the CB reports. Wireless & Planning Commission (WPC): They control the Wireless/ RFID approval in India. They do not have their own standards and consider the FCC/ EMC Standards.
