Flour & Sugar Handling System The Flour and Sugar Handling Sstem is PLC controlled system designed to suit the needs of the individual. The system helps the client to maintain hygienic environment and consistent product quality. In this system, flour and sugar is drawn from bags through a mechanical bag tilter. The flour is made to pass through Rare Earth magnets and Gyro Sifter. The flour is transferred to weight station through screw conveyor and is pneumatically transferred to the mixer. Automatic Liquid Bulk Handling & Disong Sytem Liquids used in food industry especially in Biscuit and confectionary plants e.g. Invert Syrup, Liquid Glucose, HVO, Palm-Oil, Milk, Water etc. are being handled as per the Recipe programmed in PLC right from unloading till discharge. Accuracy of +- 0.5% of the weight required is maintained to have consistent product quality.

Liquid Glucose Handling & Dosing System Hot liquid glucose is unloaded from the tanker and made to pass through filter to S.S. Silo. The liquid glucose is automatically pumped to Day tank through Level Switch. Liquid glucose is automatically dispensed into different mixers after weighment through load cells mounted S.S. Doser. The entire system is operated in closed hygienic circuit and controlled by PLC.

Chemical Handling & Dosing System In this system the minor ingredients, stored in S.S. 316L containers, are charged into a stiring machine. Required quantity of water is added through water dosing system and the prepared chemical solution is discharged to cremers through E/P valves operated through PLC. Broken Biscuit Handling System Broken Biscuits are kept on a vibrating table which feeds the horizontal screw conveyor through magnets to feed the vertical screw conveyor. Thereafter it reaches the multimill where is is finally ground and after sieving it is fed to S.S. Doser mounted on load cells and them pneumatically transferred to cremer. Also the multimill is utilized in crushing tablets / medicine in Pharmaceutical Industry.
