LOE Series LOE 200 & 300 series bearing housings are suitable for spherical roller bearings with cylindrical bore of series 22200 CC & 22300 CC high speed bearing application with oil lubrication. The housings are horizontally split supplied with two labyrinth covers sealed with two labyrinth rings. The housings are equipped with breather plug, drain plug, oil pick-up ring, one oil level indicator. Water cooling coil for sump oil can be provided on order. For through shaft, both ends are open and for shaft terminating inside the housing, an end cover is provided to close the end.

Bearing Sleeves MASTA Adapter and withdrawal BEARING SLEEVES are available in mm and inch size complete with lock nuts and looking washers. The SLEEVES are slotted and heaving external taper of 1:12 to suiet corponding bearing inside shaft hole taper.

PDN Series VRA and PDN series bearing housings are mono-bearing housing accommodating two bearings with unsplit design which can either be supplied in Cast Iron or Cast steel materials. The bearing housings are suitable for grease lubrication and the shaft holes are sealed with felt seals/ strips. The width of the bearing seats enables floating arrangements. Deep groove-bearings of series 6200 and 6300 and / or cylindrical roller bearings of NJ2 and NJ3-series can be accommodated.

S Series SAF or SDAF type bearing housings are horizontally split type in construction and are available in Cast Iron, Cast steel or S.G. Iron material as per order. They are suitable to withstand heavier and shock loads due to its robust construction. For efficient seating and preventing foreign particles to enter in to the bearing housings, triple or double seal type labyrinth rings are provided. For mounting the plummer blocks on the foundation, two or four elongated bolt holes are provided. For four bolt holes, plummer block designation is prefixed with "F" e.g. FSAF 520.

SD Series SD series Plummer blocks are made of Grey Cast Iron Grade FG 200 of IS : 210, which can be made from SG Iron (SDD) or Cast steel Castings (SDT) also for heavier loads on order SD series plummer blocks are suitable for spherical roller bearings of series 231 K with adapter sleeves for shaft dia 150 mm to 300 mm, and same are designated as SD 31.
