BOGIES FOR 100T LADLE CAR : These are wheel pair assemblies consisting of machined and hardened Forged Wheels , Axles, Housing, bearings and springs mounted on a Cast Frame. This assembly is known as BOGIE on which the upper platform of wagons are mounted.

LANCE CARRIER : This equipment was designed and manufactured by us for Alloy Steel Plant, SAIL, Durgapur for replacing manual oxygen lancing system in a steel melting furnace by Mechanized Oxygen Lancing Equipment in order to reduce man power application as also reduce accident possibility by Auto Electrical operation from a safe distance rather than using human power for lancing oxygen from near the furnace opening.

LOEWR BELL : This item is of Cast Steel Construction duly heat treated, hardfaced and ground on mating surface with Lower Bell Hopper. This is operated up and down either by Electrical winch or Pneumatic Cylinders for the purpose of charging Raw Materials like Iron Ore, Coal , Dolomite etc. into the Blast Furnace of a Steel Plant. We are manufacturing this item for Blast Furnaces upto 350 M3 capacity only .

LOWER BELL HOPPER : This equipment is also of Cast Steel Construction duly heat-treated, hard faced and ground on mating surface with Lower Bell . This is a non-moving component and receives melting charge i.e Iron Ore, Coal etc. when the lower Bell is lifted up and the entire charge is fed inside the melting zone of a Blast Furnace through this hopper.

REBD FOR TOP CHARGING EQUIPMENT : REBD i.e Rotating Eccentric Burden Distributor, as the name suggests is a rotating equipment which evenly distributes the melting charge ( Burden ) i.e Iron Ore, Coal , Dolomite etc into the upper Bell and hopper through which it is charged into the melting zone of a Blast furnace via small bell and hopper arrangement. We are manufacturing this equipment for Blast Furnaces upto capacity of 350 M3 Furnace only .
